Returns & Exchanges

At Needle & Thread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
